The other day Aśka, Piotr, Grzesiek and me rode on a bus because we wanted to go to a worship rehearsal in the church. As we were standing there talking, a man suddenly asked us if we believed in demons. That was a strange question because we were not talking about anything connected with demons, but I told him: “Yes, I believe in demons, but I also believe that we can cast them out in Jesus’ name!” After I said that, I got an opportunity to share my testimony with him (and of course I said it loud enough so many of the other passengers could hear it).
When we got off the bus, the man and his friend went with us so we could talk more about God with them. We shared the Gospel with them and one of them actually began to cry. It turned out that he had been to Teen Challenge, which is a Christian rehabilitation center. There he had received Jesus and gotten baptized, but because of some later problems he began to drink alcohol again. As we were talking, he told us that his shoulder was hurting, so we prayed for him and the shoulder started to get better and better. After a while we asked if they would like to go to church with us and they agreed. We continued to talk with them in the church and after some time the one that had been to Teen Challenge said that he wanted to come back to God again and get free from his alcohol addiction, so we prayed for him and he got really touched by Jesus. He was totally transformed after that and you could see that he had had an encounter with the living Saviour.
